• Candles are Made to Order
• Allow 10-21 days for your candles to be poured
• No Returns, Refunds or Cancellations 
• Cancellations forfeit full amount paid 
• Discount codes can NOT be used on candle packages
• For shortages/damages must be reported to hello@sculptedwax.com within 1 day of receiving candles. Damages will need to be evaluated by the courier company and therefore claims made after this period will NOT be accepted. This time frame is enforced by the courier company and NO exceptions can be made.
